Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Passaparola Lda ("Cinematic Video", "we") and the user ("Client") using the Cinematic Video platform accessible at the application's web address.

By using the platform, the Client declares to have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms.

Cinematic Video offers an AI architectural visualization service that includes:

• AI property renders: generation of photorealistic images from real photos, 2 credits per image.
• Cinematic videos: manual production of timelapse/cinematic videos of the property, 35 credits per video.
• Credit system: services are paid with prepaid credits purchasable in packages (see Pricing section).

To access the services you must create an account by providing a valid email address. The Client is responsible for the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities that occur through their account.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.

Credits are purchased through the packages available on the platform. Prices are indicated in euros and include applicable VAT.

• Credits do not expire and remain available until used.
• Credits are not refundable once purchased, except for service defects attributable to us.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• In case of bank transfer, credits are added manually within a few hours of receiving payment.

The Client undertakes to:

• Upload only images of property for which they are authorized to request visualization.
• Not use the service to generate illegal, misleading, defamatory content or content that violates third-party rights.
• Not attempt to access other users' systems or data.
• Not reverse engineer, decompile or reproduce the platform or its algorithms.

We reserve the right to remove content and/or suspend accounts in case of violation of these rules.

Renders and videos generated through the platform are the property of the Client who commissioned them. The Client may use them freely for commercial and real estate marketing purposes.

The platform, code, AI models and all technological components remain the exclusive property of Cinematic Video / Passaparola Lda. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

AI renders are generated automatically within a few seconds/minutes of the request.

Cinematic videos are produced manually by our team within approximately 2 working hours of the request, subject to work peaks that may extend times. The Client is notified as soon as the video is ready.

Renders and videos generated by the platform are visualization and marketing tools. They do not constitute technical or legal representations of the property. Cinematic Video is not responsible for purchase, sale or investment decisions based on the generated materials.

The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors. Our liability is in any case limited to the amount of credits purchased and unused.

The Client may delete their account at any time by contacting us by email. Remaining credits will not be refunded, except by different written agreement.

Pursuant to the Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005), the right of withdrawal for digital content provided by download or immediate execution is not applicable once execution has begun with the consumer's express consent.

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law and, where applicable, by European regulations on digital services. For any disputes, the parties will first attempt an amicable resolution. Failing agreement, the court of Lisbon (Portugal) shall have jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Substantial changes will be communicated by email or via a notice in the platform with at least 15 days' notice. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the changes.
